PLEASE NOTE, THIS SERVICE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE
Firstly, it is important to note that I cannot offer you large quantity customised Gospel tracts for free. If you are interested, please read the following disclaimer to understand which tracts we are willing to print, then contact us once you are happy with the below (through the Contact Us page above).
After many requests for printed Gospel tracts, and many types of Gospels out there (we believe there to be only one), I felt it only right to produce a disclaimer for people to read, to examine their proposed printed Gospel tract in light of what we feel here is the Gospel that needs to be captured on tracts. We understand that tracts have limited space, but the Gospel should have a Biblical feel about it with its content, after all, this is the 'plumb line' for Christianity. Here follows our disclaimer:
All Christians desire people to come to a true knowledge and love of Jesus Christ.
The stark words of C.H.Spurgeon:
"Have you no wish for others to be saved? Then you are not saved yourself!"
But how does a lost person come to convert to the faith?
We believe the Word of God is key to this, from the following three example scriptures:
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17
“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” Hebrews 4:12
“faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Romans 10:17
In what way are the scriptures key to conversion?
“The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul” Psalm 19:7
Imagine going to a doctors and the doctors trying to administer a cure for a disease you do not believe you have. You would not want to administer the cure, nor would you understand why you would need it.
The disease is sin: “the wages of sin is death” Romans 6:23
The ‘cure’ needs to be received through faith -
Hebrews 11:6 “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.”
The ‘cure’ is faith in Jesus- “John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!” John 1:29
How does one show the person the disease?
Galatians 3:24 says:
“Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.”
But what is the law?
That which is set down as right and wrong by God – “the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness” Romans 2:15
So it is clear here that man is breaking God’s law, in fact there is a distinct need for man to be reconciled to God (through Christ) because of this disobedience: “you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath He reconciled. In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight” Colossians 1:20-22
God has chosen Christians as ‘ambassadors of reconciliation.’ – “we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.” 2 Corinthians 5:20.
So if we are responsible for sharing the message of reconciliation, then we need to have the right message. Especially given that God’s Word warns us of false Gospels and the consequences of sharing the false ones:
“I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.” Galations 1:6-9
So, Paul said here that we should preach a Gospel as that which is revealed in the scriptures. The repercussions for not doing this are grave as you can see in what he wrote.
But ‘the Gospel needs to be relevant’ you might say…. How much more relevant do you need the scriptures to be? Here is an example of a scripture relevant to every person on the planet:
“it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment” Hebrews 9:27.
Can we trust God’s Word when it says all we need is the Word of God?
Again, “faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Hebrews 10:17.
If we truly believe this then our Gospel should have a heavy emphasis on His Word and the other things that His Word declares as key to presenting the Gospel message to the Lost –
The Law being a schoolmaster to Christ (Galatians 3:24),
The consequences of the law broken (Psalm 51:4, Romans 6:23)
The need for reconciliation (as we are ambassadors of this – 2 Corinthians 5:18) through Christ ALONE through His finished work on the cross. (John 14:6, Acts 4:12)
Repentance and faith towards Christ is therefore essential:
“Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.” Acts 20:21
Romans 5:1
“Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ”
We being a tool of God for HIS WORK of new birth in the unbeliever:
“Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.” John 3:5-6
And not of any work attributed to the unbeliever themselves:
Romans 3:20 “Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.”
Nor of any work manufactured solely of the believer “Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.” John 3:7-8
In summary
We hope you will understand from the above that we are unable to accept any tracts for printing that do not fall into the Biblical Gospel. Nor will we accept tracts that fall into some of the modern trends in professing Christendom: Such as…
Humanism – where one makes the assumption / claim that God owes us anything.
Disrespect to the Holiness of God/Jesus - ‘making God look trendy’ where in fact God is Holy.
A quick prayer and your there – a popular set of magic words said in a prayer that by the end pronounces the reader to be a Christian. This is not in scripture anywhere. That is not to say God can not save people through their own prayers to Him.
